Logistics Specialist 

• Role: On-site Logistics & Interface Coordinator (Execution Focus) • Location: Kragujevac (on-site) • Start: ASAP • Duration: Minimum 4 weeks (extension possible) • Tier-1 automotive supplier supporting interior door panel upstream production; interface to Germany site and OEM call-offs (ramp-up pressure, high variant complexity) • Accelerate information flow and material flow from Kragujevac to Germany site • Reduce reaction times and prevent shortages • Drive open topics daily until logistics execution is stabilized (no analysis-only work) • Coordinate daily with production planning and plant logistics • Align production output vs. open call-offs; ensure correct prioritization by part number • Ensure shipment readiness according to priority; coordinate dispatching and loading • Track shipments to Germany site and proactively escalate delays/risks • Run daily synchronization with Germany logistics counterpart (interface acceleration) • Drive open action lists to closure; enforce short feedback loops on shortages • Support structured backlog reduction and shortage prevention • Strong operational automotive logistics background (Tier-1 preferred) • Hands-on experience with: production logistics, dispatching/shipment coordination, call-off handling, interface coordination plant ↔ customer/OEM • Comfortable operating in escalated environments (firefighting + structured control) • JIS / sequencing / high-variant interior environment experience is a plus • Serbian native speaker (mandatory) • Fluent English (mandatory) • German is a plus • Very hands-on, execution-driven (not an analytical/consulting role) • Assertive but collaborative; strong ownership mentality • Structured under pressure; able to impose prioritization and cadence in overload situations
