Supply Chain Manager

• Manage and coordinate all supply chain activities, including purchasing, planning, logistics and warehousing
• Ensure smooth operations and cross-functional collaboration with other teams, mainly with the production and quality department
• Ensure that deliveries meet customer expectations
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, ensure competitive pricing
• Analyze and optimize the supply chain budget, manage costs
• Identify and manage risks and propose action plans for their elimination
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of supply chain professionals
• Track and report KPIs and other metrics, like on-time delivery, quality, inventory, cost savings
• Optimise supply chain software and digital tools
• Ensure compliance with regulations, ethical standards, and sustainability goals
