- strong leadership skills with direct people management experience
- ability to build the new department in the new plant
- lead and hire the technicians
- attendance, goals and team performance responsibility
- cooperation with the Project leaders, organizing the plans, shift model
- budget owner, leading the department activities and resources
- KPI evaluation regularly, perform the improvements and task lists
- setting the processes and guidelines, reporting activities for the department
- internal and external communication of the department
- supplier negotiation, audit supporting role
- HSE, 5S principles performing responsibility
