Quality assurance of metal processes on the most modern lines in the industry
Representing the company in dealing with customers on quality issues
Ensuring compliance of products and processes with the IATF 16949 standard and OEM customer requirements
Resolving Internal/Customer complaints and increasing process stability, regular reporting
Active use of quality tools such as APQP, PFMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC and structured problem solving (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why…)
Process capability analysis (Cp, Cpk) and work with KPIs (FPY, DPMO, OEE,…)
Participation in new projects and preparation of documentation according to customer requirements (PPAP, VDA 2)
Performing process, product and layered audits
Collaboration across the company with all departments including R&D
Support for customer and certification audits
Active participation in building a culture of quality and continuous improvement
