Job description
- cooperates with the customer in the field of quality, sampling, complaints, requirements for process improvement and cooperation;
- processes 8D presented to the customer in cooperation with the departments of production, technology and other support departments;
- understood and follow OEM customer specific requirements;
- track customer satisfaction measurable and communicate to appropriate personnel and/or management;
- coordinate and responsible for customer PPAP submissions within specified timeframe; reviews GD&T and gauging methodologies for assigned programs;
- participates and provides input to the program engineer in the development of DFMEA;
- participates and active member in FMEA Teams;
- participates in launch readiness reviews (LLR) and ensures PPAP and quality related AQP concerns are raised and escalated for assigned programs);
- IMDS knowledge;
- development of Control Plans to ensure robust process/ product controls are in place conduct capability studies and gauge R & R analysis (MSA);
- maintain SPC and ensure that SPC points are within capability range or initiate action to bring back into range;
- create quality documents in compliance with the company's quality system manual and quality system standards;
- report, provide all documentation and information on time and escalate any issue to quality manager;
- contribute and participate in the Quality System and the Environmental System to meet
- customer requirements and the international standards;
- contribute and assist in variability reduction, process improvement and continuous improvement LEAN activities.
