Production Manager 

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and uninterrupted production operations
• Lead and coordinate ongoing projects, with primary focus on production restructuring
• Manage and develop a team consisting of shift leaders, trainers, and support staff (approx. 6 direct reports)
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions
• Drive performance improvements through data-driven decision-making
• Apply structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 5W, A3)
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain alignment on project goals and timeline

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in the automotive industry
• Strong background in production and operations management
• Experience managing mid-sized teams in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated success in leading similar transformation or restructuring projects
• Hands-on approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Active user of continuous improvement and analytical tools
