Job description
- Minimum 10 years in general or operations management, ideally in B2B and manufacturing sectors
- Experience with crisis management and performance stabilization
- Skills in restructuring the organization and processes
- International experience with foreign markets (EU, DACH, Benelux, CEE)
- Ability to lead and motivate managers
- Experience with setting the sales, production, quality, logistic targets and KPIs
- Strategic thinking – development of sales strategy, market prioritization
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage changes across the organization
- Audit of the current structure and proposal of improvements
- Mentoring the team and able to help with the recruitment of the new positions
- Ability to introduce and follow the new KPIs
- Company P&L responsibility experience in PLC (JSC) or bigger LLC
- Czech or Slovak native speaker with communicative english, german as a benefit
