Job description
- Attend and support cubing activities and pre-SOP validation, ensuring fit, function, and dimensional compliance.
- Provide quality support during launch, ramp-up, and SOP preparation, ensuring stable product readiness.
- Handle and coordinate quality issues at customer site, ensuring fast reaction and effective containment.
- Act as the direct quality interface to the customer, maintaining daily communication and alignment.
- Perform on-site analysis of NOK parts, including visual inspection, measurements, and defect verification.
- Coordinate and supervise sorting, rework, and containment activities at customer location or external warehouses.
- Define and implement immediate containment actions to prevent further quality escapes.
- Support customer complaint handling and ensure proper documentation in customer portals and systems.
- Cooperate with supplier internal teams (Quality, Production, Engineering, Logistics) to drive corrective actions.
- Support root cause analysis using structured methods (5 Why, Ishikawa, problem-solving tools).
- Verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions and provide feedback to the customer.
- Prepare and deliver daily quality reports (status, open issues, actions, KPIs, trends).
- Monitor and report key quality indicators such as PPM, defect rates, scrap and rework costs.
- Ensure proper traceability and documentation (batch/lot identification, delivery data, part history).
- Support and participate in customer audits, visits, and quality meetings.
- Assist in managing blocked stock, stop shipment situations, and controlled shipping activities.
- Escalate critical issues (safety-related, major defects) according to customer escalation rules and timelines.
- Ensure strong coordination between customer and supplier to achieve systematic and sustainable problem resolution.
