Job description
- Paintline Manager
- Responsible for safe, stable and efficient operation of the wet paining line
- Planning, organizing and controlling production processes, including shift operation
- Ensuring capacity and meeting daily/weekly production plans
- Managing operators, team leaders and technical staff
- Technical/professional leadership of the painting line expert
- Coordinating of painting robot programmers, paint preparation technicans (color mixing in paint kitchen) and maintenance
- Development, training and motivation of all paint shop members
- Ensuring quality of painted parts in line with internal ad customer requirements
- approving changes to process parameters, revising process instructions and control plans
- Close cooperating with Quality Department
- Managing KPI's like OEE, scrap, rework, downtime
- Ensure stable processes
- Planning and coordinating (preventive) maintenance
- Supporting implementation of new technologies, coatings and products
- Responsible for compliance with OHS
- Participation in internal and customer audits
- Implementing LEAN tools
- Ability to work with technical documentation
- Practical knowledge of defect analysis (orange peel, dust inclusions, pin holes, etc.)
Languages
- Czech or Slovak − Native speaker
- English or German − B2
