systematic planning of production shutdowns with the aim of minimizing the impact on operations
managing investment projects, managing the CAPEX budget
active cooperation with other departments in the implementation of new technologies
uses SAP and other software tools for maintenance and shutdown management on a daily basis
strong managerial skills, setting priorities, decision maker in challenging situations
