Optimize production processes and increase their efficiency
Cooperation on the implementation of new technologies and production methods
Resolve technical issues in production and propose improvements (CI proposals)
Participate in lean manufacturing projects (Lean, Kaizen, SMED etc.)
Work closely with the quality and development departments
Technical education (university or secondary school level) in mechanical engineering, production technology, or the automotive sector
Practical experience with production processes, ideally in the automotive industry
Knowledge of process improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma an advantage)
