Job description

  • Experience Q management and OEM tier 1 operation
  • Experience with OEM and Mercedes Benz escalation process
  • Communication and problem solving skills for the following role:
  • Face to customer on escalation meetings
  • Communication and coordination of actions with internal SDT team (program managers, central engineering, AQE responsibles)
  • Collecting escalation related data and prepare for customer escalation
  • Priorize and participate on problem solving activities
  • Follow up of action, validation and evaluation of effectiveness of actions (accordingly support production and QRQC processes for achievement of customer expectation)
