Experience with OEM and Mercedes Benz escalation process
Communication and problem solving skills for the following role:
Face to customer on escalation meetings
Communication and coordination of actions with internal SDT team (program managers, central engineering, AQE responsibles)
Collecting escalation related data and prepare for customer escalation
Priorize and participate on problem solving activities
Follow up of action, validation and evaluation of effectiveness of actions (accordingly support production and QRQC processes for achievement of customer expectation)
