ensure smooth project execution from development to series production;
lead the implementation of painting-related customer requirements into manufacturing;
coordinate project deliverables such as: timelines and milestone tracking, technical documentation; change management and reporting;
support the project team in defining and validating the wet painting process for plastic parts
ensure compliance with customer technical requirements for painted parts (aesthetic and functional);
coordinate purchasing activities related to equipment, materials, and external services;
manage communication and progress updates towards the customer (as required);
lead and interpret technical documentation, specifications, and customer standards;
