Job description
- Operational support of the Production Manager
- Preparation and maintenance of production data, KPIs and reports
- Tracking of actions, open points and deadlines
- Preparation and documentation of production meetings
- Data management and administrative production-related tasks
- Coordination and follow-up across production teams
- Support with onboarding and organizational activities
- Hands-on support on the shopfloor where required
- Junior profile, ideally approx. 1–3 years of professional experience
- First experience in a manufacturing / production environment
- Automotive experience is beneficial
- Good understanding of production processes and KPIs
- Strong Excel and data management skills
- Structured, reliable and hands-on working style
Languages
- Czech or Slovak − C1
- English − C1
