Senior hands-on task force lead for an automotive ramp-up project. Full ownership of assembly output stabilization and quality improvement for painted Class-A exterior parts.
Lead on-site ramp-up stabilization
Improve assembly output and remove bottlenecks
Drive KPI transparency and daily performance controlStrengthen process discipline and shopfloor standards
Reduce defects, rework and handling damage
Train operators and line leaders
Report clearly to management
Strong automotive ramp-up experience
Hands-on assembly optimization background
