Production

experience in ESD standards and clean environments;
is responsible for ensuring that all operational activities are executed in compliance with company quality processes, safety regulations, and internal policies;
ensure all work activities are performed in accordance with corporate quality standards and occupational health & safety regulations;
ensure all work activities are performed in accordance with corporate quality standards and occupational health & safety regulations
identify any deviations from defined processes and implement corrective actions, including monitoring their effectiveness;
take ownership of workplace safety;
monitor and enforce safe working practices across production areas;
conduct and support regular workplace audits (e.g. SBI, Layered Audits);
manage and investigate workplace incidents and accidents;
maintain a strong presence on the shop floor to ensure operational excellence and safety compliance;
participate in regular HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) trainings and stay updated on relevant legislation and changes.Communicate safety updates and regulatory changes to the team
