Senior Process Technologist (Injection Moulding) 

Key Responsibilities • Optimize injection moulding processes to improve stability and performance • Provide technical support to daily production operations • Perform structured root cause analyses for recurring production and quality issues • Lead technical problem-solving activities • Improve process capability and process robustness • Optimize cycle times while maintaining product quality • Reduce scrap and process variation • Support production during escalations and critical customer situations • Cooperate with Maintenance on process-related equipment issues • Optimize tooling performance together with the Tool Shop • Improve machine settings and process parameters • Support process validations and qualification activities • Improve production documentation and process standards • Coach and develop setters and process technicians • Monitor process performance and implement sustainable improvements Required Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of injection moulding process experience • Automotive manufacturing background • Previous experience as Senior Process Engineer or Process Technologist • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills • Proven experience in process optimization and stabilization • Experience solving quality-related process issues • Strong understanding of mould and tool behaviour • Scientific Moulding experience is considered a strong advantage • Hands-on shopfloor mentality • Excellent communication and coaching skills • Fluent in English and / or German Personal Profile • Highly analytical and technically driven • Strong hands-on approach with excellent troubleshooting capabilities • Pragmatic and execution-oriented • Comfortable working under production pressure • Passionate about coaching and developing technical teams • Focused on delivering sustainable process improvements
