Job description
- set up and standardize maintenance systems for the wet painting process;
- define preventive maintenance plans (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly);
- establish maintenance standards for painting equipment and technologies;
- create a comprehensive spare parts list for all painting-related equipment;
- define preventive spare parts and consumables strategy (filters, fabrics, etc.)
- ensure maintenance readiness of pneumatics, electrical systems, and robotics (Fanuc)
- read and interpret electrical and technical schematics;
- support optimization of consumables usage in the paint shop;
- contribute to reduction of electrical energy consumption;
- cooperate with production, engineering, and equipment suppliers;
- support stable and reliable operation of the already commissioned paint shop
- fully defined maintenance standards for the wet painting process;
- preventive maintenance plans (daily to yearly);
- complete spare parts and consumables list;
- defined preventive spare parts strategy;
- updated and completed maintenance documentation;
- recommendations for consumables and energy optimization.
