Job description
- coordinate installation and assembly activities of production equipment in accordance with project schedules and quality standards;
- serve as the main liaison with the Chinese supplier and project stakeholders;
- supervise and support the structured work of 20–30 Chinese engineers and technicians.
- prepare and deliver comprehensive documentation, including manuals, specifications, and handling plans regarding to line;
- ensure deadlines are met and report regularly;
- proven experience in installation and coordination of industrial equipment projects;
- ability to read and interpret 2D, technical drawings (CATIA experience is a strong advantage).
- strong planning and organizational skills to structure project phases effectively;
- excellent command of English (spoken and written) – essential.
- strong communication skills and ability to coordinate multinational teams;
- fully operational equipment installed within project deadlines;
- delivery of complete and accurate technical documentation;
- high satisfaction of both customer and supplier with project execution.
