Solving crisis during development of parts for Audi Q3 / Daimler GT AMG coupe / Porsche Taycan.

Handling of customer complaints, verification of claimed parts directly at the customer or in ZKW, determination of the causes of errors, preparation of audit reports, etc.

Escalation management at customers VW, BMW, Inalfa and methodical and operational leadership of the Quality department.

The leadership of the quality department is built from quality engineers and shift quality. The leadership of the final inspection department transitioned under the quality department. Responsibility for customer-specific requirements.

Successful implementation of requirements and achievement of ISO9001:2015. Development of new structure and maintenance of Quality Management System. Strong support to both Non-automotive & Automotive teams.
