Implementation of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems across all processes in the plant.

Establishment of the QMS, EMS & OHSAS, 5S in greenfield project.

Providing support to automotive Tier 1 and Tier 2 companies with certified systems to be in line with automotive standards and improve their process performance. Performing internal IATF, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 or VDA 6.3, and VDA 6.5 audits at companies, preparing detailed action plans and support during the implementation of those plans.

Managing quality, environment, and working safety systems within the Europe plants in SK, FR, and UK in the company focusing on warranty management and repair/refurbishment of electronic or electromechanical devices like ATM, EPOS, printers, keyboards, etc.
